Availability of Mesh Panel Sets for Dometic Rally Air Pro 390

I just wondered if anyone else was waiting for delivery of a Mesh Panel Set for the Dometic Rally Air Pro 390 Awning. I purchased the awning plus many extras from Direct Motorhome Services at the Harrogate Motorhome Show in March this year. Most of my order has been delivered, but I am still waiting for a Carpet and Mesh Panel Set, to complete my order. I have contacted Direct Motorhome Services on numerous occasions and they explained they are having difficulty in obtaining the outstanding items, and are trying their best to fulfill their orders, as many customers are also waiting for different items. I wondered if anyone else on here was in the same boat, and waiting for any of these items. Just seems a long time, almost 6 months since I paid for them. :-(
