Well not entirely cooking but today I am doing one of my favourite holiday things to do I went into Folkstone this morning bought a fresh crab I am now dressing it for lunch using my new crab tool kit that Santa brought me at the request of my youngest son.

I love freshly dressed crab but havn't been anywhere to get one this year.

Just remembered, we are at Glasson at the moment, so will have to check out the smokehouse.
