Need to fit a bike rack to our 2017 Dethleffs Globebus T1. Looked at Fiamma (Hymer -Dethleffs) carrier and Thule equivalents. Anything to choose between them?
Thanks!
Thanks for your opinion! Which is basically what I feel too! The only material difference I can see between their systems is that Thule have a hand screw to secure the bike frame ( which can have a security lock fitted to it) whereas Fiamma use their trusty plastic serrated tab - which is just secured with a push-button ratchet.
Our 2018 Fiamma bike rack has hand screws all round, no push button ratchets, but no locks. Very pleased with it and the quality seems equal to our Thule towbar mounted rack we use on the car.
