Fly Screen cord snapped

Hi all. The bottom cord on the fly screen door has snapped on Swift Sundance 620fb 2011. Is it possible to repair?

mine has a plastic chain that folds down into the handle from the top & up from the bottom i’m assuming some kind of elasticity inside as the chain? separates if forced have cable tied it at the moment & bought hanging strings from china shop

I seem to recall that a dealer told me that they can be restrung but it's a bit of a job!

A door replacement was around £200 plus fitting from memory!

Thanks Graham. Have taken the screen out & have been trying to restring but very fiddly.
