Heko wind deflectors making the window weird

I fitted some Heko deflectors to my Iveco Daily months ago.
Just recently the passenger-side window has been acting strange. Sometimes when it's told to close it goes about 75% up then lowers again. It can do this repeatedly a few times before it shuts.
I just wonder if it's sensing some resistance from the deflector in the track?

It's only the passenger side affected. Is it a symptom of something I can adjust on the window mechanism or just the deflector positioned wrong?

On the Vauxhall Reno you have to programme the window it should say in your handbook
Vauxhall you turn ign on and put window all the way down but hold the button down for a count of three after it’s fully down! Then let go of button then bring window all the way up holding the button for a count of three after fully up
I think you had to do it twice with turning the ign off in between
This is all to do with anti pinch settings so people don’t trap there fingers in the window
I used to have a meter spring loaded to I think it was 3 psi to make sure it was working correctly
