The NC 500 would be a good one for you , but go out of season as it gets busy.Go on you tube put in NC500 and you will get a idea of what to expect

it reallydepends on where and time you have to travel as other said nc500 or the 300 Dumfries /Galloway but with wilding pretty easy the sky can ce the limit
