Milenco Lock - Lost Keys

has anyone lost their Milenco Clutch Lock Key and unfortunately we do not have the key numbers? How do we get the lock off. Is this something for Milenco to sort

Not sure how Milenco could help without the key number.
You might try an angle grinder.
I have two sets of all keys, so hopefully would not find myself in that situation, but you've prompted me to record all key numbers just in case, so thanks for that.
