Roller team 696 electric problem

Hi all,
First timer here. Hope someone can help.
I’ve a (new to us) 2019 rollerteam 696 and have plugged a small heater into the 240v socket (I’m on mains hookup). Problem is the power has blew and I’m trying to find a main trip or fuse.
The socket from my garage to the van is fine and I’ve located a trip box under the oven but all seems ok, but still no mains power to the van??
Any ideas??

Does it need resetting at the bollard? ie, where you plug your extension lead in.

Hi, it’s currently plugged into my garage, it’s working fine.

If you have an ordinary 13amp socket (normal type found in the house) then the fuse in the plug of your lead could have blown.

You sir are a legend, for saving me from looking like a right numpty if I’d have taken it to the shop.
Of course the leads running into the van are 16amp, but I didn’t think of the 13amp plug drawing to these. Thank you
