Rollerteam 746 - control panel fault SER

Can anyone Help?? We have a Rollerteam 746 the habitation control panel has stopped working Error code SER.
Cannot find the fault, Both batteries test as good, fuses ok.
Suggestions please?

We do have a roller Team but with a different panel so unable to help other than, there is a UK Roller Team group on FaceBook. Someone there me be able to help.
