Wonder if anyone can help please.
The chain mechanism on the sliding door of our Sprinter has broken, meaning the door will only open a few inches. 2015 van so not old.
Problem is that the conversion company built the seat over the step, so we will need to destroy the seat in order to access the chain under the step!
Question is, has anyone had this problem before on Sprinters?
For replacing the chain, is there any difference between the plastic and metal ones?
Any tips welcome.
