This is the same shower of inept B……s that took 8 weeks to process the registration for my new A class and still haven’t returned my driving licence after 11 weeks which had to have my photos updated so couldn’t be done online .
And were quick to send me out a threatening letter because forgot to tax my car within 5 days .
I was ill at the time
Excuse my language but I hate this lot with a vengeance

haven’t returned my driving licence after 11 weeks which had to have my photos updated so couldn’t be done online .

They renewed my photo on line using the photo from my passport and I got it back in 5 days. Only thing they missed is my passport photo is 10 yrs old as its also due for renewal

Ours passports were also due for renewal but we had delayed doing them because of the uncertainty over travelling
So the photos were over 10 years old
