Hereford Rowing Club August 19th - 24th 2021

[FULL]

The meet will follow the usual format:

Food

Curry night on Saturday

Chicken or Vegetable Korma or Rogan Josh with rice and chips.

£6.50 pre-booking required.

Served at 7 pm


Roast dinner on Sunday (Served from 12.30 pm onwards)

Must be pre-booked

Booked in slots so everyone is not all arriving at once. Please give a preferred time between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm.

1 course £10.50
2 courses £14.50

60 roast dinners. (4 pork, 1 beef, 16 chicken left) Please state your preference.

Puddings - Chocolate fudge cake or Apple crumble.
Served with either Custard, Cream or Ice cream.


Buffet breakfasts

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7.30 am-11 am - £6.00 if pre-booked otherwise £6.50.

All the above is being provided by the rowing club, we will be taking bookings for them nearer the time.


Hereford

Hereford is a lovely city with plenty of amenities including the cathedral, with the Mappa Mundi and beautiful gardens. River walks, cider museum and many more historic places to look for.
They usually have The River Festival on this weekend but as yet I haven't been able to confirm whether if is going to be on or not.

Dates and price

It will run from midday on Thursday 19th August until midday Tuesday 24th August 2021.
£10 per night.

Pitches

We will be parked on the large field to the right which is grass.
Showers and toilets are available in the Club House. Fresh water, black water disposal, rubbish disposal are available; grey water can be released on grass.
Generators may be used, if you intend to use one please inform a steward on arrival.
There is no electric hook up.

How to pay

On arrival please have the correct money in an envelope with your username, the number of nights and your registration number on the front of the envelope,
