About the Venue
Most members will already know the location, but for newcomers, the town centre is just a short walk away and features a traditional market square with cafés, large shops, restaurants, and pubs. The beautiful Hereford Cathedral—home to the famous Mappa Mundi—is close by, along with scenic riverside walks.

Food & Entertainment
Friday Evening
- Fish, Chips and Garden Peas £8.50 per person payable at the bar.

- Friday nights entertainment will also include Play Your Card's Right, 1 pound per ticket, if your ticket is drawn then you will have chance to play for the amount of money taken from the ticket sales

- 7:00 PM – Team Quiz Night
A fun, interactive quiz for everyone.
You are welcome to order your own takeaway.
Breakfast Buffet
- Served on Saturday morning in the bar £9.50 pee person
Rules & Guidelines
- Parking: Minimum spacing of 6 metres between vans (including awnings). Parking will be supervised.
- Fires: Must be off the ground. Please check with nearby neighbours before lighting, to ensure smoke won’t cause any issues.
- Generators: Please advise at the time of booking so you can be sited where noise won’t disturb others.
- Dogs: Must be kept on leads and under control at all times. Please clean up after them.
Payment Details
- £13 per pitch, per night
- Please place payment in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:
- Forum username
- Vehicle registration
- Number of nights
- Total amount
- Payments should be handed in on arrival.
Arrival & Departure
Arrivals:
- From 12:00 PM on Thursday 30th April (no early arrivals, please)
- From 10:00 AM on Friday 1st May onwards
Departure:
- By 12:00 PM on Tuesday 4th May
If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please message in advance to arrange check-in.
Stewards will be on duty daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Pitches
- Maximum capacity: 100 vans across both fields
