The very dark start has revealed an overcast and misty start. Storm Goretti will shortly bring very heavy rain for the rest of the day, but with a milder 8° high. 🌧🌫🌧
 
We've been fortunate, after overnight strong winds, heavy rain, and early morning sleet, storm Goretti is steadily moving east.

Today will continue wet and windy, but reducing, with a 5° high. 🌫🌪🌧

Update:
By mid morning, we'd got 4 hours of grey, cold drizzle.
Now,it's back to charging the smugfilter. Heating off.
 
After overnight frost in East Sussex, today will remain dry, with light cloud, a moderate NW breeze, and chilly 4° high. ☁️☁️☁️
 
The gusty southerly breeze will initially bring The Weald sunshine and light showers with a 7° high until lunch time. Then the winds will strengthen and the increasingly heavy rain will dominate for the rest of the day. 🌧🌧🌧
