Sikaflex remover

I would go along with using a scraper to remove the basic adhesive, same as you might remove bathroom silicone, then some kind of cleaner to finish.
I would avoid using any silicon based cleaner as that can stop anything sticking to the cleaned surface in future.
 
Puddles is correct, patience and a scraper is much cheaper and works (albeit eventually !!)
 
I used CT-1 Sealant Remover to remove great gobs of silicone on the old bathroom and in the old kitchen; peeled as much of the silicone as possible then applied the CT-1 to the final line edge of the silicone around the shower screen to avoid scratch marks; excellent finish, but, at £13+ per cartridge, it should be ...

Sikaflex is not silicone sealant, I doubt that any silicone remover would make any impression on it. I think it's just a matter of scraping it, as others have said

I have just replaced 2 of my large solar panels and they was stuck on with sikaflex, I tried everything to try and remove the sikaflex and nothing would touch it, I ended up scraping it off, a long draw out job, but it works

I think that Sikaflex specify that their product Remover 208 is preparation of surfaces before application and also for removing Sikaflex adhesive before it has fully set
 
I read it that you get as much off as possible, then use it to clean up before applying the new stuff.
