I didn't know there was a "reboot" until I happened to see it on the On-Screen guide about 10 minutes to 9PM. I used to enjoy the original (PS it was "THE plane, Boss. The plane" - Anorak time :) ), even Tattoo, so gave it a go and enjoyed it (y)

The only thing was - just like the original - is that they never explain how the fanatasy works :( I guess it wouldn't be a Fantasy anymore then? Interesting way to introduce the new Tattoo character at the end :)
Anyway, I'll be watching the series.

There is not, however, thank god, a reboot of "The Love Boat" (much to OHs annoyance ... "If they can redo this rubbish, why can't they remake 'The Love Boat'?"). That would be a retro-step too far :D

Not too keen on some old American feel good stuff, too cheesy but I thought that one might appeal to some peeps, Hogans Heroes would a be good one to repeat, no need to redo it as it's a period thing anyway.

My brothers used to watch Hogans Heroes and thought it brilliant. I thought it awful! :) But then, 'I know nothing' :D

PS. If you want to watch Hogans Heroes, it is often repeated on one of the minor Satellite channels. Maybe on Freeview as well? Think it might be "Forces TV" (I saw it a little while back).
I like some of the old British TV series from the 70's. You can find some of them in Youtube in their entriety as well!

You do get some on YT but they don't make it easy to follow the series sometimes.
