I've progressively reduced my meat intake to virtually nil this year though do occasionally eat fish. So this evening I thought I'd cook a Spanish omelette:

Potato (of course!), onions, garlic, finely sliced mushrooms, herbs, a touch of finely chopped chilli pepper, sea salt and ground black pepper. Oh, and some beaten egg. About 20cm diameter and 2cm thick.
Salad with homemade dressing and pan rustica are stage left.
Quick, simple, tasty, nourishing, attractive.
A feast fit for a king.

Colin ???

You obviously have suicidal tendencies..a death wish.
How many of those luscious, yellow, cholesterol-filled eggs did you include ?
You'll have to get the hab door enlarged, if you carry on like this..
A) So you can get in..
B) So they can get your bloated corpse out.
At least you'll have died happy and well fed.

Thanks for that, Paul.
I quite literally cracked out laughing.
Thank goodness I'm alone up here in the hills. The Griffon vultures won't have a clue..............
..................................hang on a minute, they've just started circling directly overhead.
Do they know something about my health that I don't?
