The other week we blew our engine,called recovery out ,told on the phone no record of us covered but they would attend to recover as long as I agreed to pay charges if they could not obtain a live policy,on Monday I received a bill for sais recovery.
I called aib ,turns out it’s my mistake I called the old policy number I have,
The team at AIB said they would try and help me out
I got a call from Megan after I spoke earlier with Thomas ,I was to pay the charge for recovery then forward the paid invoice to them ,they have got my current breakdown company to reimburse for said amount due to me being insured with them for some years now
May I say a huge thanks to the AIB team for their hard work and also say I bet no many companies would go to this length to help a numpty like me out
So in all I’m a very very happy AIB client
