ahead of the game full turkey and a turkey crown cooked will slice up (Jamie Oliver style) and heat up in the gravy all veg prepped and trifle in fridge just prawn cocktail to make in the morning then we are good to go

yes I had a little nibble at the turkey lol

Well there was 8 of us and it was all polished off just part of the turkey crown left so that’s Boxing Day sorted cold turkey ? and ?.
And the roasties were fab (Jamie Oliver style par boil crush and roast in goose fat) never fails.
