I bought 6 small tumblers at the weekend that arrived yesterday, opened them and one had a chip out of it, so I tried to sort it out online but as ever too difficult so I rang them, spoke to a nice lady and asked for a 1/6th refund as the other glasses were fine I only bought them as I managed to break two of a set the same a few weeks ago.
Nope, they gave me a full refund but the seller will have to pay for that, I just didn't want to have to pack them up drive to the post office then them travel to wherever and then have another set be delivered to me, all pointless for the sake of a small refund.
