Amps to Watts or Watts to Amps Calculator

Just remember to use the actual source voltage and not 12v. 12.8v 13.2v 14.4v etc. This is a mistake often made when people do calculations for motorhomes.

Solar charge at source = 300w divided by 14.4v = 20.83A current not 25A that you would get using 12v.

I was going to mention this actually.

And when you use the correct numbers for the calculations, you see that because Lithium Batteries tend to run at a higher average voltage than Lead Acid from 100% fully charged to the 50% or whatever SOC, a 100Ah Lithium delivers more power than a 100Ah Lead Acid (as devices don't use Ahs, they use Watts)
