An 'Interesting' Start To The Day, A Shock - And Defibrillators

This morning we left the Aire at Chateau Chinon, France, with my fellow traveller in the lead.
To my consternation he drove on the English side up the hill to the town. A young lady driving down the hill looked once, looked twice, looked severely shocked.
I imagined running up the hill to grab the town's defibrillator we'd seen affixed to a wall last evening.
My fellow traveller then reverted to French style driving and us onlookers breathed once more.

No names, no toast.

Colin ???
(I've done something similar. In Portsmouth 6 weeks after returning from a holiday in France!)

It's a terrible deformation of character, luckily I don't rarely take any notice of the perpetrator.

So easily done. Just had a hire car in France for 3 days with no issues. Even the gear stick on the right seems ... well right. Back driving UK today and constantly questioning myself. Usually manage to drive here on the wrong side about 3 months after arriving.
