Another use for the van...

A friend of mine, and her toddler daughter, have manage to contract... not Covid-19, but scarlet fever! Meanwhile, her husband is also trying to work from home -- they have quite a small house -- with two noisy kids and half of the family rather unwell.

They were absolutely delighted when I lent them our little van to park on the drive so he could use it as a study.

"Wow!", she said, "I can’t begin to tell you how much stress levels have reduced in our house since Steve moved office into the van. Steve is more comfortable, can concentrate better and I can let the girls be noisy again. A weight has been lifted."

Didn't seem likely that we were going to need it in the near future, so I'm glad it's proving useful!

I see some folk are doing it.
I can't see an issue unless insurance specific about only named persons living in it.
But . . . We know how everything is fine with insurance until you need it!!

It might have paid to advise the company of your intention unless they objected - then their tardiness would work in your favour.
Now you've virtually assumed no unless granted permission?
