Last week I noticed that two of the three hinges on our thetford under bed storage locker door were damaged near broken.

After an on line check found prices from £80 to £130 for the door and frame, mostly above £100 all without insert.

I called Autosleepers parts dept, they advised cost including post £85, delivered next day, to my surprise came with correct grey insert panel as well.
.
When a company backs up their products with low cost replacement’s they deserve praise, especially when the cost was below on line prices with insert panel excluded.

I bashed our Y reg Laika in 2010, but they eventually came through with the right part, it took a couple of months to find the right person who gave a crap then it was easy.
