Last night we put the telly on and found we could not select the channels on the guide page as normal, however after fiddling around this morning Jenny managed to select channels using the ch. list.

Any ideas how to get back to guide page most welcome

Which model? Were you able to access the EPG or not?

I phoned Avtex whom advised that I could not select to watch a channel through the guide page, strange, always used to.
Found EPG settings and it turned out one of the choices were selected, I deselected and bingo alls fine again.
