First time through this route had a wonderful day in Aines then trundled through Belsa Tunnel, to get here at Saint- Lary-Saloua.
Sunny day - hoorah, chilled night.
At aire where €6,50/night charge - machine not working - oh dear, plenty also with us and many New Age have own camp set.
Looked at ski hire - may be a no no with knees, but tempting.
Off to Bordeaux via trip across Pyrenees to seek the warmth.

Sun bursting the sky here in north east Bordeaux Stan 19 degs today and my face is burnt

You frying a typical Scots brekkie, burning your face in the wrong way.
Curious, are you familiar with whisky names,
On Spain side of Pair of knees, they were selling Sir Edward, and another with yellow label, for €10.50, /L.
We bought Grant's (one we knew) for another euro more.

Looked at weather radar and seems Bordeux is the place to be for warmth, although rain on way.
Snow expected here on Sunday.
