Best and worst current TV adverts

I’m always amazed at the current crop of crappy tv adverts. Who comes up with them, and worse still, who, in the respective company, thinks the advertisers have done a good job and commissions the advert?

So, my current worst advert ( this was difficult because there are so many) is the PPI ad with Swarzeneggars head on a tank !!!!!

Favourite, Moneysupermakets Action Man ad. ( I always thought a boys doll was a bit odd)

what are yours?
 
I think the bad ads are made bad on purpose. while you're going "what on earth did I just watch?" your brain is subconsciously taking in the products because you are spending time computing it rather than ignoring like most adverts these days that are just too samey.
 
Adaptamil baby milk has some great littlies tottering about!!!!

cannot stand the one for some kind of sweet...could be M and Ms or smarties or somethink like that......a woman in bed then this sweet pops up and say...its not what it looks like....as husband walks thru the door.....ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS and to think someone gets paid for thinking up something like that

we all dont get the same adverts tho...just depends on which part of the country you are in.

The best and funniest I have seen of late is the haribo sweets ads where all the adult actors are voiced by children. Absolutley hilarious when in one, a thick set bloke in a suit and beard says something like "I love the ring ones cos they make me feel like a princess!" Hilarious!!!
 
I'm liking the go outdoors one at the moment, the one with a dog with flappy ears. The music's cheerful too.
 
I liked Redbull's advert as there come back from the lawsuit. The lawsuit was because a man drank Redbull every day for years and he never got wings. :Smirk_Face_Emoji:

I can not find the English version of the advert on youtube, mostly other languages I do not understand. I have found a short clip of the Australian one tho.
basically a ship sinks guy swims to a tiny island in the middle of the sea, he sees a can of Redbull in the sand and he knows he is saved, he is about to drink it to get his wings and fly to safety when a lady is washed up onto the island too, he kicks sand over the Redbull and the advert ends... Redbull, No wings.

I like the one where the family go on holiday in a Chinook helicopter, they hover over the swimming pool while the kids leap out the back into the pool while everyone else has been blown away. It's completely bonkers, but brilliant.
