Reminds me a bit of dismantling the VE Transporter Dash. But in that you have the special "Jesus"* nut to do
*Called a "Jesus" nut because after you undo every single thing, the dash still doen't come out until you undo the one nut that is in the engine bay low down that must be removed to do the job - and it is the final "Jesus, at last" job
Can't deny having to go that to replace a switch is daft.
But anyone with a VW T5 where VW fitted the wrong type of Outlet Control vent cables (braided instead of solid core) would be happy if they could get away with just that to replace the cable
This was my T5 to change one cable so I could adjust the heater output between feet, face & screen ....
