Broken Kangoo & Internet - help! 
Fed up, cheesed off, stymied, rock & a hard place....
So my old Kangoo has been supposedly getting fixed at local garage for 3 weeks now! It's a long story...
Latest in the saga was it needed a new fuse box. Neil phoned them today, only fuse box they can find for Kangoo Trekka is in Romania, for gawd's sake! They don't even know if it's right one they're waiting to hear back, even if it is won't get here until Thursday at the earliest.
This has gone beyond a joke, it's 3 weeks now I've been without a vehicle!!!
I'm now psyching myself up to call and give them a b*ll*cking. Am I being unreasonable?
What can I do? My car is with 'the auto electrician they use', wherever he might be! How do I go about getting it back or scrapping it? What if they want me to pay for anything else? They've already had £550 off me 2 weeks ago when it was supposed to be fixed! What are my rights? Has anybody been in a similar situation?
Problem has been compounded cos our Internet & landline has been dodgy for about a month, so haven't been able to usefully search for replacement vehicle or do anything else without it taking forever, and then you just give up cos when you think you've found something the internet connection goes down again for a few hours. Engineers came out yesterday & fixed one problem, same again today: one engineer came out and fixed another problem.
So far it finally seems to be sorted, but it's gone down briefly twice since this morning - not for very long so I'm hoping it's just a glitch!
It's OK using my mobile phone instead, but not wonderful, and then even when I've found something suitable how do I blummin' get to wherever to look at it?
Our old Autosleeper won't start either! It's mot was due end of April, but I SORNed it until I knew I had some money in hand in case there was any work needed to be done on it, so what should have been our backup mode of transport is also out of action ...
I'm right at the end of my tether.
