Anyone have any experience of touring and camping in Bulgaria
we wish to be near Plodiv late August to visit a temple we have helped fund the building of. So fancy making a trip out of it and thought, well 5 days going out 5 days there and 5 days back via a different route.
Once we are in at Plodiv we will be looked after by the locals, so looking forward to that and also seeing some of the more local ancient treasures that they keep talking about
However, does anyone have interesting routes and campsites tips etc on the way to and from the destination, would be nice to make the whole trip interesting rather than an a 2 b trip
