Thanks Gordon tomorrow will tell, hopefully it will be a good one and we can plan some winter sun 👍
Take it you have the reg number to check up on the usual stuff etc only thing I'm always wary about is the glass above the cab ,check for leaks/damage I had similar roof on one o mine and had a few issues with it ( hymer) but that van does appear to get good reviews

This one has a good mot history unlike others we have looked at, the pictures are good and it's only half an hour away. Thanks for the roof glass tip, I will give it a good going over armed with my trusty ? damp meter and see how we get on.

All the best mate your no mug and done enough to be wised up 🤞
it is much the same as the hymers under the Erwin badge

I can only add check the floor for delamination, it shouldn't be a problem in the age of the van you're looking at.
Also check the shower tray and bathroom floor for cracks.
I'm pleased with our's, it is well built.
The other thing I've found if you need any parts or questions contact Campers UK.
They have been very helpful for me.
Also be warned it will be a bit quicker than than the bus😄

Thanks Lee, I took your previous advice on the age range to look at and will take this as well. I am hoping with the next one Deb can speed us to our destination while I put my feet up ;)

I hope it goes well tomorrow.

We have a 2016 Burstner Ixeo 590 IT Sovereign and the floor began to delaminate in late May/early June 2023. My understanding is that the 'green glue delamination' occurs in the 2015-19 model range. Charlotte McCracken at Camper UK, Lincoln is handling the Repair Scheme. Briefly, for Vans over 5 years old' you have to contribute £1700 towards the repair cost; and the timetable for getting the repair undertaken is around 18 months [our application was made in earlyvJune 2023 and the repair booking is for 2nd December 2024 ...]. The M/Home can be used CAREFULLY in the interim, but the delamination expands steadily, usually backwards in the direction of the bathroom. Ours is now 3-4 times larger than when we first reported it.

Thanks for that information Steve I will be checking the floor being well outside of that age range hopefully it will be unaffected. Sorry to hear of your troubles and good luck in getting it sorted.

Sorry to hear about your flooring grief, Steve. The lassies name above, is she related to Phil?
I'm far too polite [and old] to enquire, Terry ... (y). Suffice to say, next Sunday, I shall become 70 years old. The 51 weeks to date have been the longest 69 I can remember, quite stifling :ROFLMAO:
