I can't say which models, but last year while we were in Portugal, we met two Brits, each owning a Burstner and one French owner.
All had water ingress in vans under one year old.
The two Brit vans had garage door issues and the French guy had a lot of water entering the van via the high rear fog light!
Obviously other brands can have issues, but we thought it strange to meet three owners and certainly two with very similar problems in such a short time.
Thanks for that graham .still hedging towards the Hymer we like the b534/b634 s

Gordon, I’ve had two Burstners but not the model you mention. Both well made and no issues other than minor trim issues. I also know a few people with Burstners from when I had mine and nobody I knew had water ingress. Mine where a 2009 and a 2013 model years. Not as sure about the post 2015 models after the Hymer Group major re shuffle when Hymer told Burstner to lower their price point in the market in order to better align all their brands.

Thanks for that phil ,it’s very hard to decide I think they all suffer one way or another ,Fiona really loves the burstner twin lounge as it would suit our needs with the family grandkids expanding year by year.we both like the rear u shaped lounge hymers this is year two looking about ,GLAD WERE NOT IN A RUSH,!

We have looked at several Burstner elegance models and have not been impressed, the whole side seems to wobble on slamming the A class door compared with the Frankia and Hymer.
Shower was plastic lined and seemed flimsy , Karen loved the big lounges but she wasn't overly impressed with much else.
Hymer doesn't look as blingy as the Burstner but seems better built .
