Hi Does anyone know of a campsite or aire half way between Salamanca and Santander that is open in February?

Simancas Aire [basic, but free, and a lovely wander into the Old Town] and Lierganes [15 miles from Santander Ferry Port and about 3 miles from cheap diesel en route to the Ferry]. Both Aires should be on the commercial App where one searches for such things and/or Parks for the night [not allowed to promote competitor sites so cryptic repy!]

Municipal site in Palencia? Walk over the bridge to the town centre. Or a bit further north, Herrera de Pisuerga, very quiet. All the aires we've used (and these are just a couple) have been open in winter, but fresh water might be off for the cold weather.

The above are both free of charge:

Further free aires between the two:

Valladolid is a town commercial site €6 if I recall correctly, not sure about halfway but a great located facility for the town, that we’ve stayed at twice 😀😀
