This was in when we got the van and it:

Was really low.
Was built from 18mm MDF to bomb proof standard, so very heavy.
The sink and drainer were tiny.
Didn't match the rest of the kitchen units I installed.

Looked like:
49801

I still have bits to do, but now:

49802

Much better, even incorporated shoe storage underneath :)

Also had an annoying gap above the other side that I couldn't decide what to do with.
49803

It was because I had to remove a piece like the grey bit with the lights in here:

49804

Had a brainwave at 0300 this morning to hack up the bit I removed and:
49805

Happy with that!

What I'm most please with it that, except the sink, it's all from stuff found in my shed :)

Sink was new, but private sale from eBay for 37 quid, and it's Blanco :)

You have the same roof lights as my van,do hope that was not a 230v socket you put close to a sink, naughty boy.

300mm is the guidance, not even an actual rule. Which it is.

And I could probably do with new rubbers for the windows. Did you have to do yours?

No my van had little use and in fact was in storage for many years due to folk not reading books any more,so all was good plus a new recon engine fitted.

Ta. I think they are supplied by Steadall, who happen to have a branch in Bristol. It's on the to-do list lol
