Compass 196 electric Bed

can anyone please help? I have a new 20 plate Compass 196 and the electric bed will not rise or lower, from looking at other comments I think it is the fuse.

I have checked and replaced the reset fuse above driver seat but believe there is another fuse, can anyone please tell me where the other fuse is or how to reset bed

In your post on the other thread, you state that when you "press the buttons it clicks". Is that the button itself clicking or something else clicking? If the latter, the problem is probably not a fuse, as it suggests that power is getting through.

It is coming from the motor that is in the locker that is below the bed and rises and lowers with the bed
