Crit air sticker.

That’s my reading of it too….only one required for life of vehicle. May need to replace it if it becomes damaged/illegible.

Think it might be a three year thingy will need to re read
The Crit Air Sticker is for the life of the vehicle, Gordon. The only known problem is if/when you need a replacement windscreen, because any attempt to peel the Crit Air Sticker away results in it shredding into strips ... I believe the answer t that problem is to make a further application for a Sticker, but I'm not sure what happens if the windscreen breaks whilst you are in France/Spain [with Spain accepting the Crit Air as evidence of emissions control compliance]

Yeah when I sold the hymer the sticker disintegrated to shreads but just about to fit the new one ,just fitted the toll tags to the screen as well

The sticker comes with a number, this is sent to owner by e mail and also in envelope with the sticker. If you have this it should be ok. Or you will have to wait for registration number to be checked.... if you change the reg I guess you need a new sticker.
