I’m in the same camp as you Gordon. I’ve not been offered them yet and not sure if I’d take them. I’ve been floored every time I take them especially when done together. I always take a really bad reaction to the flu jab. Maybe if they were split over a month apart I’d take them but not together as I was ill for months last time I took them together. Maybe I’m wrong but up until I started taking these jabs I was never as prone to taking ill. I’ve never been right since I started taking these vaccines.

Both one in each arm.

But it’s personal choice everyone will make their own minds up.
One one can tell you to take either.
personally I have never had any reactions to any of the flue or the many covid injections ..

Wully, I assume you have had flu jab ONLY in the past, if so and you were fine, may be worthwhile having the singular flu jab only, then see how you are if any after affects. Then decide whether you wish to have the covid jab later.

Apart from a sore arm, me personally, Ive been fine having both at the same time. Hopefully same after the 19th.

Even having pretty bad Asthma at times ....I've never had a flu jab ...

And frankly have had some nasty coughs/colds but not flu ...

As for the Covid jabs ....had the first couple in the heat of things ...

I'm deff not having any more though unless there is some mahoosive change in things ....the more time goes on the more I feel we were badly/poorly informed whether that was deliberate or accidental MY jury is out .

People like myself with stage. Four emphysema grabbed any stick in case we got covid the chances of making it through covid at then 69 and lung problems would have been poor. Hence doctors decided to send out do not resuscitate forms .
Filled mine in . And had all the Covid jabs up until the last one as it was not required.

Vaccine research means that they are always updating them as they learn more.
We had one in each arm.
We both had a problem with pain in the flu jabbed arm after nothing for the first week
And it took about another fortnight, before the effects disappeared.

I thought covid was a stronger flue virus so why does the covid not cover flue? I stopped taking them but was floored for several weeks a couple of months ago.

Sue and I had both a couple of weeks back. Neither of us had any serious after effects although we both had slight soreness around the jab sights and my legs were a bit achy for half a day or so (I reckon that was the flu jab). As you know we are both really old people so I reckon you as a youngster should be ok.

As I understand it Because the particular vaccines are virus specific rather than being able to be a broadband coverall .
