Do my batteries need changing?

I’m using my van for the first time in months not on EHU. It was hooked up for 36 hours on my driveway before travelling.
The first morning they were showing 12.3 and 11.9 and then with solar going in went to 12.8 and 14.1. That evening (with no power used) they were at 12.5 and 12.0 and this morning (just phone on charge overnight) they were at 12.4 and 11.9.
2 x 105A gel batteries through an NDS manager.
I seem to remember they used to always sit at 13.5-14.0.
Sorry for the long waffle but are my batteries needing changing?

From your voltage figures it seems t me that one of your batteries is on its way out and is dragging the better one down with it.

Change them both is my recommendation.
