Do you miss your van when it’s away?

Does anyone else miss their van when it is away from home?

Our van is at the garage for minor repairs and I keep looking at the empty spot on the drive and looking forward to him coming back home.

Ours was away for two months and it was a sad looking driveway without it, even if we can't get away in it I feel happier seeing it parked there waiting

Ha ha.. yes.. our van usually resides in the garden, but was away having a radiator change for a couple of days.
It was so strange to have so much light on the garden.

Ours is away at the moment having a respray. It is kept in storage normally but because it's not tjhere we seem to miss it more tham ever. This good weather doesn't help. I keep thinking 'we should be away'.

When we’re at home it’s very rare for it not to be there, but when it isn’t it does seem very odd.

I'm sitting on a French campsite with my chairs, table and assorted belongings around me, but my van is in the nearby Renault garage getting a part fitted. Going to get it back shortly - I hope. Yesterday it was in from 9am till 7pm for investigation. Good job its been a lovely sunny two days.
