Dometic cfx35 thermostat? Help please….

We just just arrived in Spain and on our way to Cadiz to find our 3 yr old fridge isn’t working. The display is saying it’s. 21degrees yet inside it’s freezing the sides and the contents. The thing only goes done to 16degree on the panel. We have seen a YT to change the thermostat but as we don’t have a spare r gonna ring try a motor home specialist but if anyone knows if & where I can get a part in Spain nr Cadiz pls and if it’s the panel or thermostat???
