This came apart in my hand, can anyone identify it.

Looks like the bleeper when you leave your fridge door open too long

Some sort of speaker, never had one on a fridge so possibly the step alarm easy to replace I think.

Thank you very much, I have a wiring diagram and can't see it. Just a beeper, great, nothing to worry about.

Yes I'd go with the step beeper, the connecting blue and brown wires look too heavy gauge for anything to do with the fridge.
