This is a great venue, we frequently use it with the CCC THEY Have several THS rallies on the venue also there is a CCC CL at the venue, busses stop out side the venue for Weymouth, Dorchester, West Bay, Bridport Lyme Regis etc great walks over the cliffs to west Bay etc also beach walks, great Mackeral fishing off the beach too in season, do not miss this meet.

Thank you for that. Hive Beach is National Trust and has toilets as well as a cafe, it's a 20 min walk

https://ibb.co/album/98SK2x Pictures of our recent Rally CCC at Manor farm Burton Bradstock, showing the site and West Bay Harbour walks over the Cliffs to West Bay, depending on your direction of travel to Burton Bradstock you may find that your sat nav wants you to go via Shipton Gorge if on the A35 from Dorchester way, This Gorge is narrow ,windy and steep, the CCC always recommend that you do NOT use this short cut, we have walked it in the past and it looks hairy if in a big van ? Advice probably aimed at Tuggers from CCC, but be aware anyway? one of my pictures shows the river that runs along the perimeter of the site and out to the sea, its exit to the beach is constantly changing due to winds and tide moving the shingle , actually very small pebbles , which make up the Chesil Beach in this area, often it appears as a large lake on the beach surrounded by the pebbles and the kids love to get in it in their rubber boats etc.
