Double skillet recipes??

Finally got a double skillet! Has anyone got a source of recipes or favourite ones to share? Have googled it but most seem to be for a cast iron skillet which is heavier...things might stick more?? Anyway rather use tried and tested to start with!

Would suggest a diffuser on a gas burner and low heat under roasts, stews, currys, baked potatoes, cook in a bag meals just experiment

Good for freshening up stale/hard baguettes. You don’t need recipes as such. Just cook what you would normally but on a very low heat a diffuser is definitely a good idea as it prevents hot spots on bottom of pan and helps to prevent burning. Just do like I do and experiment- when anyone asks it’s a concoction. Lol
