Faulty Fridge Unit

We have a 2019 AutoTrail Delaware which we have had several issues with since purchase in April last year. The latest is where a screw has sheared off causing the cooling unit of the fridge unit to disconnect from the rear casing of the fridge. The fridge unit is a Thetford.
Has anybody experienced this happening with this particular manufacturer?

Not heard of that before, but you will still be under warranty. Cannot you call out Thetford direct to visit and sort it?

In the process of exercising my Final Right to Reject under CRA 2015 due to the problems we have had with it.
