Hello . All
New members here a friend recommended this group many years ago when we were a couple with dogs in a motorhome. We enjoyed going off grid and finding amazing secluded hidden spots in Scotland
We've since become middle aged parents of one and we had to change our setup to i a caddy van with custom made dog and pushchair storage setup or dog comps and family days out and a SUV to tow a large caravan, which I've enjoyed redesigning to become self sufficient
However I wish to swap the SUV for a long wheelbase van that can fit cycles and be used for shorter trips looking for a van to self convert for flexible use

Are families with a 4 year old suitable to join on rallies ? And are they open to people with a caravan and a car or a campervan and a caravan ?
Our daughter goes to sleep around 6 or 7 usually so only one of us would be able to join activities as the other babysits / looks after the dogs
Kind regards

Hi and welcome to our forum, the answer to all of your questions is yes, we do have some children attend rallies, we welcome motorhomes, campervans and caravans with cars, at our rallies, however you may have to park your car in a area allocated for cars depending on the type of rally, also you need to be a full member of the forum before you can attend any rallies, for insurance reasons. Hope this helps and possibly see you at one of our events

Thankyou very much for getting back to me . We've thought about rallies for a few years. But having a baby and dogs and being a couple that do not like to disturb and respect others quiet we didn't want to inflict that on others,🤣. However my daughter's 4 now and generally lovely natured although often we do our own thing to try and keep both dogs and kids entertained :)
