I suspected people would start taking legal action over this. Not sure that I always agree with the huge sums involved though, especially when Americans get involved.

My Leith Dock leak told me, a crane was removed from vessel port side. A secret room was installed to the starboard side, which took approx 12 ton of steel to construct, to compound this, US crew were faffing with the ballast, even though vessel was dry docked, then of course compounded even more with the high wind, the perfect storm.
Whether we like it or not, where there’s blame, there’s a claim!
