Hereford Rowing Club Bank Holiday - 27th August - 1st September

I have been asked by members who enjoyed the rally last year to book Hereford Rowing Club for the August Bank Holiday this year, So I have.

THIS RALLY IS LIMITED TO 40 VANS

The Venue

The coordinates are 52.051847,-2.722726


Hereford

Hereford is a lovely old market town with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants, so there'll be plenty to do.


Dates and Prices

The event will run for 5 nights, from midday on Thursday 27th August 2020 until Tuesday 1st September 2020.

The cost of this event will be £10 per night (with a minimum of 2 nights),


Pitches

We will then be parking members on the grass camping field on the left.

Spaces are limited to 29 vans on the field and 11 on the car park.


Important Information

There are no hookups at this venue.

Generators can be used at this rally within our guidelines. link to terms

I am running this meet and any questions should be directed to me.

We will have 5 reserve places.

Once again we'll be meeting at the Hereford Rowing Club for The New Year Rally and New Years Eve House Party.

Fire

We will be having a fire each night and the firewood will be provided.


Breakfasts

The rowing club is happy to serve a full buffet breakfast at a cost of £6.50 per meal, including children. The breakfast includes unlimited tea, coffee, fruit juices, a selection of cereals, toast and your usual full English breakfast favourites. They've asked for us to let them know approximate numbers in advance.
