Garmin satnav help

My Garmin satnav Nuevo 2599 won’t show vehicle position on map or current road although verbal instructions still active!!!!!
any ideas guys please
i can’t seem to find any reset function
presume I may have to connect to gain express when I have access to a computer!!!

On my garmin you turn off, press on the bottom right corner of the screen and hold down the on/off button until the logo shows. - This is a master reset and deletes all personal data you have entered.

Ta, think I’ve found the reset option in settings. ??
