Glad I don't own this house.

His later video explains (from his pov) why they were dismissed by the client. The place looks to be a structural money pit and will probably cost a heck of a lot to do properly assuming the owner can find someone willing to take it on.
 
Watched the video and interesting, but hard work (not the building, just the watching! Get on with it man!!)

I think a lot of the comments hit the nail on the head.... Much better idea to just knock it down and build a new one. Be quicker AND cheaper.
 
Every time a house here gets knocked down 6 or more 2 story flats appear on the same foot print, i have been offered way above price for my dungen to do as above, to old now and money dont mater as much.
