Does anyone else use Streetwise gps tracker. Mine was about £30.

Very easy to fit. Comes in a box with full instructions. Insert a simcard. Connect wires. Hide away in a sealed bag.

Text sim card number for location of vehicle.

More details on youtube. Search streetwise gps.

Thanks for mentioning this. One question: have you permanently connected to the battery? if not, how long does one charge last?
Many thanks, Antje

Connect to battery or fuse box. Then hide away. Fusebox might be the safer option. If someone took the battery out it would stop working after a while.

An option in the van or motorhome would be the leisure battery fuse box. If hidden correctly , with so many other wires it might be overlooked by a thief.
Any gps should be an add on security. It would be wiser to fit locks, alarms and park in sensible spots before trusting to a tracker.

It might aid in the recovery of a vehicle. It might offer some piece of mind.

This might help some less savvy owner understand.

Further videos if you want a different point of view. Also useful for Wife, Son or Daughters vehicle. Whilst it could be used for tracking whereabouts it would also be useful should they suffer a puncture or breakdown. It would be far easier for someone to find the broken vehicle in an emergency. You would not be guessing the road details or location if in an unknown area.
